Frequently Asked Questions

Navigate to Devices in the main menu and click the "Add Device" button. Fill in the required information including device type, make, model, and serial number.

Go to the Devices list, find the device you want to assign, and click "Assign". Select the user or location and click submit.

Available: Ready for assignment. Assigned: Currently in use. Maintenance: Being serviced. Damaged: Needs repair. Lost: Cannot be located. Stolen: Reported as stolen.

You get 3 free devices. Additional devices are billed based on your subscription plan - monthly or annual with tiered pricing for larger quantities.

If you are an admin or owner, go to Organization settings and click "Invite User". Enter their email and assign a role.

Owner: Full access including billing. Admin: Can manage users and devices. Office Worker: Can manage devices and view reports. Site Worker: Can view assigned devices only.

Each device has a maintenance section where you can log service dates, descriptions, and set maintenance intervals for reminders.
